By accessing or using Chronostates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Timelines, events, and creative content you generate through our platform belong to you. However, you grant us a license to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide our services.
AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.
Authors who publish on Chronosagas retain ownership of their works. Transaction fees and revenue sharing are governed by the pricing plan at the time of sale. Refund policies apply as stated in the marketplace guidelines.
Subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain full access to your plan until then. We do not issue refunds for partial or unused billing periods.
One-time purchases. AI-generated content (books, video packages, audiobooks, and audio productions) incurs compute costs the moment generation begins. Once processing has started, these purchases are non-refundable. If generation fails due to a platform error, we will re-run the job or issue a credit at our discretion.
Marketplace purchases (Chronosagas). Readers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content is substantially different from its description. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Author royalties for refunded sales will be deducted from the author’s next payout.
How to request a refund. Email chronostates@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
If you provide your own API keys, you are responsible for any charges incurred through those keys. We encrypt keys at rest but are not liable for charges resulting from your usage.
You may not use our services to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Chronostates is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
